Based in ILS World's Isle of Man office, Chris is responsible for overseeing the Group's global activities, corporate strategy and vision and has been involved in structuring client affairs for more than 30 years.

Working initially in London and Gibraltar Chris moved to the Isle of Man in 1991.

Chris is approved in various capacities by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority, the UK Financial Conduct Authority and the British Virgin Islands Financial Supervision Commission.

He has lectured on aspects of corporate and trust administration and structuring issues in the UK, Switzerland, South Africa, Hong Kong, China, the US and South America, and is a regular contributor to Isle of Man Government think tanks and finance sector review bodies.

A law graduate and Chartered Director, Chris is also a former Chairman of the Isle of Man Association of Corporate Service Providers. 

Chris was recognised in the Global Elite Directory 2022, an annual publication listing the world's most respected advisers and lawyers working with ultra hight net-worth clients. 

Karen is responsible for client facing operations as well as the development of internal policies, systems and procedures across the Group's nine locations.

As Managing Director of ILS World's Isle of Man office, Karen oversees corporate and trust administration, compliance and client service levels.

Karen has more than 30 years' of experience in the fiduciary services sector. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and has in the past served on the board of the Isle of Man Association of Corporate Service Providers.

Karen has been approved by the Financial Supervision Authority in the Isle of Man and equivalent bodies in the British Virgin Islands in respect of her role as a Director of the Group's licensed subsidiaries.

Richard is the director with responsibility for commercial activities, business development, sales and marketing and has more than 30 years' experience in the financial services sector.

Richard has been based in the Isle of Man since 2006 and joined ILS World in 2011. He is responsible for commercial activities, heads the business development and marketing team, and works to ensure consistency in the delivery of services to clients and intermediaries.

He travels extensively to visit clients and intermediaries, regularly attends conferences as a delegate and speaker to promote ILS World's range of products and services.

Richard has been approved by the Financial Supervision Authority in the Isle of Man in respect of his role as a director on client companies and holds The Institute of Directors 'Certificate in Company Direction'.

Teresa is based in our Isle of Man office.

She has been part of the ILS World team since she moved to the Island in 2003 and is responsible for both internal and external operations including client service levels, personnel and the development of company policies and procedures.

She has more than 20 years' experience in the fiduciary services sector having worked in both onshore and offshore jurisdictions. Teresa oversees the teams who provide corporate and trust administration services in our Isle of Man office whilst also providing support and assistance across the Group. She has considerable knowledge and experience of company secretarial practice, corporate governance and statutory compliance matters in various jurisdictions.

Teresa was appointed a director of the Isle of Man office in 2015 and appointed to the Group board in 2017.

She holds a Degree in Management and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
